Gwynedd Saddlery and Tack Shop
Coming Home
Gwynedd Saddlery is coming home to Irma Hill!
Operated by Holly McMullen, Gwynedd Saddlery has enjoyed thirty years of success serving the Hunter-Jumper and Dressage equestrians in the Philadelphia, Pa. area. As these disciplines migrate into central Wisconsin, Gwynedd Saddlery will be available to enhance and support their growth while focusing on the requirements of those horses and riders who ride the trails in Central Wisconsin.
The Saddlery will be located at the top of Irma Hill on the ‘dedicated green’, 78 acre, Drumlin Farm. Drumlin Farm includes a log home and stables built by Scandinavian Log and Timber Works. In addition to the Saddlery, Drumlin Farm is focused on reducing its Carbon Footprint by implementing the McMullen Process which produces renewable Electrical Power and Solid Sequestered Carbon Products.
Off - grid renewable electrical power, recovered heat and recycled nutrients are produced from available bio- mass and recycling , composting , wind , solar and various livestock. The home and stables will be available as a convenient and comfortable destination for travelers and outdoor enthusiasts as well as a working example of alternative energy production and distribution.
Please visit our on-line store (check out the menu on the left side of the page). If you are in the area, stop in at the Saddlery which is temporarily located in the Old Birch Town Hall at the corner of Copper Lake and Lange roads just east of Highway 51 and 1 mile before the main entrance to the Underdown Trail System and the Ice Age Trail.
Stop in, ride in or walk in and see what we have to offer! Our small, but growing general store is available for those forgotten camping needs or a cold bottle of water after your day’s hiking, riding or hunting!
